PENSPLAN PROFI OPEN PENSION FUND - COMPLAINTS DESK

Any complaints related to alleged irregularities, criticalities, or anomalies concerning the operation of the Fund may only be made in writing and must be addressed to:

to the attention of the Company’s Compliance Department, or via E-mail with “complaint to the attention of the Company’s Compliance Department” written in the subject line, at  euregioplus@pec.it or to those in charge of accepting subscriptions.

Please note that the Fund will promptly process all complaints and in any case, within 45 days of receipt of the written request. All complaints an communications that reach the Fund in an unwritten form (i.e. verbal or by telephone) and that do not regard irregularities, critical issues or anomalies concerning the functioning of the Fund, will not be considered as complaints for the purposes of processing.

In order to report any irregularities, criticalities, or anomalies regarding the functioning of the Fund, you may also contact COVIP, but only after having submitted a complaint to the Fund, and only if the latter has not provided you with a reply within 45 days from the receipt of your request, of if the reply is not satisfactory.
