Euregio Plus SGR S.p.A., through the Euregio+ PMI Alternative Investment Fund, invests in energy.dis S.r.l., a Bressanone-based company operating in the Italian electricity market.
The transaction involves the subscription of a €3 million minibond aimed at supporting the growth of the Group, which specialises in the development, design and construction of photovoltaic and wind power plants.
